  • How often should I have my trash can cleaned?

    At Bin-Wizards, we offer multiple different cleaning subscriptions, including 1-time cleanings, quarterly cleanings, and monthly cleanings. Ultimately, the frequency can depend on your specific needs and how quickly your trash can gets dirty. Through our experience, we have found trash cans that are cleaned monthly maintain optimal hygiene and freshness. 

  • Is the cleaning process environmentally friendly?

    Yes, our cleaning process is environmentally friendly. In fact, we utilize no chemical cleaning agents and use an EPA-approved, state-of-the-art wastewater filtration system, ensuring all the harmful bacteria and debris are collected and disposed of properly.     No, you do not need to be home. Place your trash out as usual on your designated collection days. Our cleaning truck will arrive either the same day or the following day, depending upon the pick-up time of your sanitation service, to clean your bins and then conveniently position them next to your home.
